Organizational Alignment
2018 -2023, Stanford Health Care Patient Care Services have included 300p and 500P transition as one of its top strategic priorities -- aligned with Stanford Health Care's organizational goals.
Advocacy and Influence
All nurses are leaders who influence care at every step along a patient’s journey. At SHC, clinical nurses are provided a platform to be deeply involved, serving as inspirational influencers of patient care and the larger healthcare system.
