TRANSFORMATIONAL

LEADERSHIP

Inspired by the guiding vision of healing humanity, Stanford Health Care nurses exemplify transformational leadership through all that they do.  Being an SHC RN means cultivating a culture of robust professional practice to transform our healthcare system through innovation, positive engagement, and visionary change.  Stanford nurses promote passionate advocacy for the legislature, social issues, and community service to heal our community, one patient at a time.  The transformational leadership of SHC nurses, in alignment with our vision and the organization’s strategic priorities, energizes nursing practice by stimulating growth, improving the quality of care, and empowering SHC nurses to flourish.
